Weaving Factory

The main production item is the micro nylon polyester mixed woven fabric which is produced 2.5million yards per month. 	Creel The creel is an equipment used to maintain the wrarp tension of 1,650SA cone equally.
	Sizing Machine This is a machine used to minimize the surface friction of the warp yarn in order to improve the weaving efficiency. The warps which passed out from the creel is winded to a beam under wqual tension and is sized to laying the short hair on the yarn surface down, in order to make weaving procedure go on smoothly.
	Beaming Machine A stage where the loom-beam is composed by counding the sizing-completed warp beams. The number of warp is determinded on the stage.
	Drawing-In Drawing-in the procedure where the prepared warp beam is insert in the read appropriate for the weaving.
	Air-Jer(shuttleless) Loom The weaving process producing the in-gray by setting up the drawn-in warp beam on hte loom and providing the weft.
